Web site maintenance is a vital aspect of your general online enterprise. Most of the successful web sites are dynamic in nature - the content keeps on changing. TIME/EVENT LOGS: We keep TIME/EVENT logs on every project we do. Every time we work on a customers sight, we log the date/time we start and the date/time we stop. At the end of every month, we tally up all the time spent and send the customer a detailed bill. Our customers can then compare what we’ve said we’ve done to their site. They can also see if the time we’ve listed for each action is reasonable.

COMMUNICATION: Maintenance is only done after we have contacted the customer or they have contacted us with a request to do so. During the discussions on what needs to be done, we will also provide a time and cost estimate. Only after we have agreed on the estimate, will we perform the maintenance. If after we start, it looks like it may take longer (cost more), we will contact the customer and discuss it with them.

EXPERIENCE: Within a very short time of working together, our customers come to see how we work and what we charge (time and fees) for various maintenance tasks. Hopefully, the are comfortable and feel we are fair. However, if they don’t, then we need to talk about their concerns or, if the issues cannot be resolved, they might choose to find another service.

TRUST: By the time our customers have seen one or two of our maintenance bills and learned how we work, we are normally well into ‘TRUST’ building. Once trust is established, we’re sure there won’t be any issues we cannot work out and our customers will be 100% satisfied with the maintenance service we provide.

For our customers, this a great, safe deal -- they are only billed at the end of the month, after we have done all the work. If they are unhappy with the service and/or what they’ve been charged for them, they can simply not pay their bill. This means not only does J-n-K Web & Graphic Designs have to deliver a good service at a fair and reasonable price, we have to trust our customers will recognize we have done so.
