STATEMENT OF ASSURANCE

J-n-K Web & Graphic Designs will do everything possible to ensure our products and services meet our customer’s requirements and objectives, at a fair and reasonable price.  If we fail to do so and the customer is not 100% satisfied with the completed product or our service, we will do our best to rectify the problem.  If we fail to correct the situation to the customer’s satisfaction, we will refund any money they have paid us for the project.

PROJECT CONTRACTS

All project specifications and requirements agreed upon by the customer and J-n-K Web & Graphic Designs will be detailed in a written contract.  A copy of this contract will be e-mailed to the customer for approval.  Customers will be required send a reply e-mail acknowledging they accept (or decline) the terms of the contract.

BILLING

All design projects will be billed upon completion and delivery of the product.  For web sites, maintenance and search engine registrations are billed on a monthly basis.  All bills will provide a detailed break out of the services provided.  All bills are e-mailed to our customers, unless they otherwise request.

PAYMENTS

In an effort to keep our overhead to a minimum (and our prices down), J-n-K Web & Graphic Designs does not accept credit/debit cards or other on-line payments; we only accept personal/bank checks and money orders.  Checks/Money Orders will be made out James Welker and addressed to the address provided.  Customers should also include their customer number on the check/money order to insure the proper account is credited with the payment.

We understand that mistakes happen and if a customer’s check ‘bounces’ we will contact them to see if we can correct the situation.  If we for some reason we cannot work it out, we will simply cease to do business with that customer.

J-n-K Web & Graphic Designs cannot be held liable or accountable for the dealings of any of the companies/services mentioned or linked to from our web site.  We have provided the names and links to these companies/services to assist you, it is your responsibility to check them out and see if they meet with your approval.
